STYLE IN BOOKS

Fashion is this century’s cultural phenomenon. So it’s only expected that fashion publishing should take advantage of this aspect, with stylists, designers, photographers keen so to express themselves in ink.

With the likes of Miles Aldridge’s ‘I only Want You To Love Me”  which leaves you in awe of his filmic photo fiction, and Jim Naughten’s ‘Conflict And Costume’ which looks at the influence of colonial apparel. With the industry flourishing why not take an interest in our identity and self expression.

STYLIST TO LAUNCH FASHION POWER LIST

Stylist Magazine has announced that they will be launching their first ever Fashion Power List in a few weeks time.

The list will be revealing the last 12 month’s 50 most influential people in the fashion industry according to a panel of judges including caroline Rush (CEO of the British fashion Council), model Laura Bailey and designer Jonathan Saunders.

We have a feeling Anna Wintour will be somewhere on that list…
